Eten was heerlijk! Alleen was de bezorger aangekomen en weer vertrokken zonder dat de bel door ons gehoord had. Terwijl deze het wel deed. Maar dit technisch mankement ter zijde was het eten voortreffelijk!!

2 uur gewacht op de bestelling. Na 1,5 uur gebeld, eerste 3x direct voicemail. Na de 4e keer bellen nam iemand op en was het eten zogenaamd net ‘onderweg’ . Heeft nog 30 minuten geduurd (afstand was max 5 min tot ons huis). Vreselijk. Eten was wel lekker

De bezorging was meer dan een uur later dan aangegeven in de app. Het eten was ook koud bij bezorging.

Foodgasm qua kwaliteit van eten altijd top! Authentiek lekker. Bezorgtijd -met name de online communicatie daarover- is een verbeterpuntje

One of the worst delivery experiences ever. First time ordering, confirmation time 50 min, ended up being 90. Gave a second chance, ordered again, confirmation time 50, delivery time 2 hours + wrong order. Called six times, no response. Awful

Om 20:15 besteld en het eten kwam pas om 21:47 aan. Tas waar het eten in zat kwam helemaal verfrommeld aan en het eten was koud.

I made the order at 15:30 and asked to be delivered at 19:00. They called me 10 mins before the promised delivery time because they didn’t have the food I want and asking for a change. I received the food 30 mins after the promised delivery time

Butter chicken had too much cumin in it. Overall was not that great. Chicken was a bit hard. No dip or sauce with the starter of soya chaap as shown in the order menu.
